Subway Festive Feast

This year Subway’s customers didn’t want a Christmas sandwich so, unlike their rivals, Subway decided to give their guests what they really wanted – Not Another Christmas Sandwich!

So, we launched our campaign with a brilliantly irreverent and engaging social video showcasing a unique take on a Christmas feast that fans would fall in love with, loaded with Subway canapes, a festive cookie house, a gravy boat full of Southwest Sauce, and a prize-winning ‘turkey’ made of Steak and Cheese Subs.

Our tongue-in-cheek video was supported with national research into the foods Brits REALLY want to eat at Christmas which landed us some amazing pieces in our Gold Tier titles including The Sun and The i as well as dozens of regional titles to help drive footfall and consideration in stores across the UK and Ireland. We generated over half a million social views in the first 48 hours, along with category-leading levels of engagement and sharing. We even garnered a cheeky mention from Vanessa Feltz, on her BBC Radio 2 show. A tasty result all-round!

Subway Meatball Farmer

This January, Subway challenged us to launch their Meatless Meatball Marinara, but we needed to cut through the noise during the busiest month for vegan launches.

So, we went full guns blazing on creating a campaign baked full of walkability and launched our campaign with a hilariously irreverent spoof video showing how Subway grows their vegan meatballs – because they can’t really be that tasty without a little secret something, right?

Piers Morgan riled up on Good Morning Britain. Job done.

We achieved a staggering 21% engagement rate.
A campaign reach of 46m across our social channels.
Blanket coverage in national and consumer media.
Landed a spot on the BBC’s The One Show.

We generated enough conversation, controversy and coverage that we even managed to get Piers Morgan, the top vegan naysayer, to talk about it on Good Morning Britain. Job done!

Cheesy Garlic Bread Diffuser

That’s right. People go crazy for Subway’s cheesy garlic bread, so we made a diffuser so every day can smell like a cheesy garlic bread day. The media went mad for it and most importantly people wanted to get their hands on it.
